Maybe you can think that I’m crazy for looking to alittle boy that I’ve never met and feel like crying to see how pretty he is now, to see how he’s growing up so fast and becoming everyday more like his mama. Well, so I’m this crazy.

Looking at Max right now, with his fighting clothes and super hero raincoats, watching the world with his huge blue eyes inherited from his mother really makes me have tears in my eyes at the thought of all that it represents for me and everything that reminds me of.

I remember that time in 2007, it was at her Back to Basics Tour and people started to draw a circle at her belly in every picture with the “maybe?” sign and things like that:

By that time I started to worry about how she would keep on with the tour, like ‘omg, she needs to rest, she’s having a baby’, but she never confirmed it, and aaargh, I was going crazy. Months later we were told that Christina got pregnant in the first days of June, even during the tour and decided to wait to tell the world, as they knew that everyone would have the same reaction I did. But there was no way to stop it right now, everyone was noticing that and she started to show that she was the most beautiful pregnant our eyes have ever seen.

It was almost at the end of her pregnancy that Christina decided to tell the world: “I’m pregnant” and reveal the name she wanted to give to the baby: “Max”. All this on the cover of Marie Claire, on a lovely photo shoot.

After that was nothing more to “don’t speak about”, Christina, the still unborn Max and Jordan were everywhere with the news “it’s a boy”. I still remember when I saw this personal picture and wow, I cried like the baby:

It was like… My baby girl, the girl I watched to grow would be a mother? Can I say it out loud? No way! I was just shocked to see this like that, and the 9 months passed by SO fast. It was January that I woke up one morning and was there: Christina was at the hospital to give birth to her first son. But I had to go live my life, go to the movies with my friends… And they were like “you’re not even here” all day ‘cause I couldn’t  stop praying and thinking about her and the baby, I just got to go home to see if she was fine, if baby Max was fine.

And he was. And she was. It was all over her official website, all looking vintage at the time: A message of Christina and Jordan, talking about little Max and thanking us, the fans for all our prays all day.

Besides that, Christina posted a personal message and the video of “Save Me From Mysef” as a way to thank us:

Today is a very joyful and special day for Jordan and I as we welcome our first son into this world.

Itwas not so long after that that we had our first real look in our little boy: Christina was showing Max AND her new house in the People Magazine of February.  And he was ever more prettier than we could expect:

Since this day it’s been a crazy ride to little Max and Christina and we all know that she manages to find her strength in the eyes of her baby son. Max is growing up fast ans becoming a man already, looking bigger next to his mom and smiling even at the hard times, ‘cause he’s her son. 

So you can call me crazy and whatever you want to, ‘cause I was not there, but I was here, all the time, since the first rumours of her being a mom to be until now with her little boy becoming a big cute boy, and I’ll always be here to watch him and his mom, so… That’s why I feel like crying when I look to Max. Max Liron Bratman, her best melody, as the names says.

So, happy birthday, baby Max. That your days are brighter every morning. You’re a blessed child. <3
